Jason co-founded Emergence Capital, the leading, early-stage, cloud software-focused venture firm in the Bay Area notable for investments in such companies as Salesforce, Veeva, Zoom, Bill.com, Doximity, SalesLoft and Box among many others. In 2021 he shifted his focus to Venture Philanthropy and Impact Investing with Greenbridge. He is passionate about racial equity, climate change, restoring a flourishing democracy, and providing opportunity for those who strive to make a difference.

Ann Wilson Green is currently earning her Ph.D. in English Literature from Claremont Graduate University. She is actively involved in educational non-profits in the Bay Area and is passionate about racial equity, and women’s rights.

Kim has spent over 15 years working in the charitable sector, engaging with families across North America to help them develop personalized strategies that aligned with their charitable giving goals. Kim is passionate about assisting families in maximizing the impact that can come from their available philanthropic dollars.
