What we LOVED about the 2025 Greenbridge Super Summit
This year’s Greenbridge Summit was our largest yet—in fact, it was a Super Summit—bringing together about 50 leaders from our Impact Partners and Emerging Venture Managers for the first time for two energizing days and evenings in New York City. It was an experiment of sorts, but one that was a resounding success based on the feedback from our Greenbridge community.
Some of the participant reactions included:
“A wonderful blend of warmth, intelligence, care, and hope.”
“Still trying to process it all — amazing event and so much value.”
“Last week’s Super Summit filled my cup in more ways than one… I left re-energized, grounded, and grateful.”
“The summit was framed beautifully in the beginning with a bold vision and closed with heartfelt gratitude.”
We cannot be more excited about the collective impact this group is having in the world - from battling the impacts of climate change, to providing educational financial grants for youth in times of need, to helping the formerly incarcerated find jobs upon release, to restoring faith in our elections, to empowering teachers to handle growing mental health issues, the list goes on and on. Our amazing diverse venture managers are providing growth capital and expertise to the best and brightest entrepreneurs no matter their backgrounds, leveling the playing field for those who want to change the world.
The world that these leaders are creating is the kind of world we want to live in: more beautiful, bountiful, equitable and compassionate. We were inspired by their ambition, imagination, courage, and determination. We also tried to create a safe environment where folks could share openly with one another about some of the issues they are facing and get ideas and support from one another.
That’s the spirit behind the Greenbridge Summit—a recurring gathering designed to connect visionary leaders across sectors, connect them with each other authentically and to spark new ways of thinking. We believe in identifying bold and ambitious leaders tackling important problems and then investing in them to help them fulfill their potential. The Greenbridge Summit is our way of expressing our gratitude for the work they are doing and striving to tangibly improve the chances of their success.
As part of that we identified some leading experts to share proven frameworks and provide inspiration and unique insights.
Curating Leading Experts
This year we were thrilled and honored to welcome amazing speakers including:
Adar Cohen, a global conflict resolution mediator who has a PhD in conflict resolution led a powerful keynote session on navigating difficult conversations.
Matt Chapman a 20+ year expert in Enneagram, a powerful framework to better understand oneself and others, guided participants through an exploration that had everyone super engaged.
Alison Wagonfeld, head of Marketing for Google Cloud, offered demos of the latest capabilities and fascinating insights into the evolving role of AI and how it can strengthen the effectiveness of mission-driven work.
Mastering LP Relationships with Matt Schaefer, founder of Tiger Iron, a leading institutional investor in venture capital.
The Journey of Endeavor with Linda Rottenberg, founder and CEO of Endeavor, the leading mission driven organization and network supporting entrepreneurs around the world.
Major Gifts Fundraising in Volatile Times, led by Geoffrey MacDougall and Ben Moskowitz. Geoff and Ben are masters of utilizing the latest technology to profile funders and it was so impressive it was creepy.
For the first time, we introduced office hours with our speakers, giving participants the chance to connect one-on-one and apply the broader ideas to their own work.
Authentic Connection is the heart of it all
While the sessions and speakers were inspiring, what stood out most was the energy in the room—the hunger for authentic conversations, shared reflections, and the exchange of ideas.
Throughout the two days, participants found new ways to connect: leaders with similar Enneagram types comparing notes on how they approach challenges, fund managers exploring opportunities to integrate AI into their operations, and nonprofit leaders swapping ideas for engaging donors in deeper, more personal ways.
Even mealtimes became moments of inspiration. One evening’s dinner featured themed tables, bringing together attendees tackling similar issues and sparking discussions that have already turned into new collaborations and opportunities.
Moving forward, together
We left the Summit humbled by the creativity, perseverance, and humanity in the room—and proud to play a small role in building the world we all hope to see: one that unlocks human potential and is grounded in a sustainable, equitable future.
The Super Summit reminded us that changemaking is not a solitary pursuit—it’s a collective one. The journey as a leader can be a lonely one, and our goal was to make it feel a little less lonely and to inspire one another to continue to dream big. Onward and Upward!
